What to expect on your first visit
An immediate warm welcome, for both you and your pet, from our exceptional receptionists who can’t wait to meet you. A gentle petting for sure, a treat if they like.
After checking in, next your veterinary technician for the visit will greet you both and travel to an exam room. Some initial information will be obtained and soon the veterinarian will step in and answer your many questions as well as perform an examination. Each appointment is tailored to your pet’s needs.
We believe the best care we can provide starts with listening to the owner, for you know your pet better than anyone. Please let us know your concerns or any special accommodations your pet may need. We strive in making each and every visit special for your pet.
Following your time with the veterinarian, and again based on the nature of your visit, your appointment will end with a final visit with our receptionist. We can provide check-out in the room and are happy to assist you with any products or future appointments you may require.
A reminder – please bring any prior vaccine history with you so that we may start your pet’s records out properly. Additionally a list of current medications would be greatly appreciated.
By providing your email address, we will be able to offer you on-line services through PetSites that will assist with future appointment confirmation, vaccine reminders, and more.
