In an effort to decrease the risk to the staff at Northshore Vet and the spread of COVID-19, we will allow employees only into the building. This is not a decision I wanted to make but I feel it is in the best interest of our community. I want to make sure we are here for you and your pet during the coming months. We are going to miss our in person interactions and seeing the wonderful bond you all have with your pets. We want this to be over soon and look forward to business as usual resuming.
This is what it looks like:
When you bring your pet in, please call 360-738-6916 to alert us that you arrived and describe your car. A staff member will come out to your car to pick up your pet and bring it in the building. We will gather information regarding your pet via phone. A veterinarian will examine your pet, then communicate with you about recommendations and diagnostics. Payment will be taken over the phone.
Option 2 Televet: here is a link to our page explaining and demoing Televet.
You can download the Televet APP from the comfort of your home and make a virtual appointment with a veterinarian at our clinic. We can then make recommendations and have you come in if needed. The cost of this appointment is $55.00. Follow up Televet appointments are $30. Payment is made through the app. This is our preferred option if you or some one you live with has been ill in the past 2 weeks.
Please be assured that we want to provide the best care for your pet and customer service for you that we possibly can during this strange time in our nation’s history.
